This work was created after a weekend spent along the Lachlan River. It captures the uniqueness and resilience of the trees that line the riverbanks, shaped by the challenging conditions they endure. The work aims to depict the stillness and tranquility experienced when surrounded by gentle water further echoed by the presence of a starry night sky.
